Adriana has been a Certified Yoga Teacher for the past 16 years, she obtained her first 200 hr Yoga Alliance teacher training from Katy West Houston Yoga and her second 200 hr training from Inner Dance Yoga studio in Anchorage, Alaska. She recently also obtained her 200 hr Kundalini teacher training and I Rest certification from Yoga Yoga in Austin,Texas . Her inspiration was guided by her mentor Lynne Minton and many others including Donald Moyer, Desiree Rumbaugh, Judith Lasater, with a background in Hatha and Iyengar yoga. She emphasizes safe alignment and mindful transitions, and guides each student to honor the body they bring to the mat today, while being empowered to learn about the body’s intelligence and power. She integrates sound therapy using Tibetan and crystal bowls, as well as gong and tuning forks in restorative group and private yoga sessions. She will work with you to create a practice that accommodates your individual needs and goals at your convenience. Sessions will include a brief initial consultation to discuss specific short and long term goals for your practice, hands-on adjustments to fine tune your alignment, and a well-rounded practice to improve overall strength and flexibility. She also specializes in Quantum Biofeedback a method of energetic testing and harmonizing based on the principles of quantum physics.
